These terms and conditions govern the provision of IT support and related services by In2Tech to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services
Services are provided as described in your service agreement, quote, or support plan. We aim to respond to support requests promptly, in line with the response times set out in your specific plan.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their systems and requirements, maintaining appropriate licensing for third-party software, and ensuring authorised personnel are available to grant access where required for support to be delivered.
Fees & invoicing
Fees are charged in accordance with your agreed support plan or quote. Invoices are payable within the terms specified on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Limitation of liability
While we take all reasonable care in delivering our services, In2Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party software failures, internet service outages, or events covered under a documented disaster recovery plan where recovery objectives are met.
Confidentiality
We treat all client data and business information accessed in the course of providing services as confidential, and do not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver services or as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in that agreement. Outstanding fees for services delivered remain payable.
