Last updated: 4 July 2026
In2Tech ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how you can access or correct it.
What we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly, such as your name, company, email address, and phone number when you contact us, request support, or engage our services. Where we provide managed IT services, we may also handle information stored on client systems as part of delivering support — always under the terms of our services agreement with that client.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide requested information or quotes
- To deliver, manage, and invoice IT support and related services
- To communicate about service updates, security advisories, or account matters
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to trusted third-party providers who support our operations (such as hosting, backup, or software vendors), only to the extent necessary to deliver our services, and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Data security
We apply the same security principles we recommend to clients — access controls, encryption where appropriate, and monitored systems — to protect personal information we hold from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access.
Data breaches
In the event of an eligible data breach involving personal information, we will act in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where required.
